    When I go back to work DH or family members will watch them.  DH has his own business so his hours vary.  Both sets of grandparents can watch them plus about 10 other family members.

    We are using a babysitter who will watch our LO and a good friend's baby.

    We actually are going to have my sister, my mom and dad take turns and watch DD. DD is only really comfortable around my mom right now but my sister will have her majority of the time. But I told my mom she had to go down and make sure she was calm and not screaming her head the way she has in the past :(
