Wide awake again.

I'll kill DH.   Every time I fall asleep before him, he leaves the damn TV on all night long.   Then I end up waking up at 5am from the sound, and I can't get back to sleep.

I really want to wake his ass up for vengeance, but I guess his sleeping days are numbered too...

    ughhh, I hate when my boyfriend does that. I woke up at 4 this morning to a effing info program. If you want it on soooo badly turn the volume down!

    Is it from a TV in your bedroom? This is why we don't have one in the bedroom anymore because DH would either leave it on all night or keep me up late.

    You could accidentally kick him or something and then pretend you're asleep.

    Our phone rang at 4:15 this morning... turned out it was a call for me regarding work, and the person thought they'd "just leave a message." Yeah, except they called my home number, not my work number. Argh. I couldn't go back to sleep for over and hour, and then the alarm went off at 6:30.

    Does your TV have a sleep function?  When you start getting tired, put the timer on like 90 or 120 minutes...

    My DH does this when he drinks and I always want to kill him!

    No sleep function.  :(   I keep doing searches to see if I can find an external sleep timer we can buy.   Argh.

    I woke up at 330 to pee then could get back to sleep till 415 then next thing I knew I over slept by 25 minutes and had to rush to work...
