I have never done a "vertical roasted chicken" (beer can chicken) on the BBQ but while walking through Safeway today I thought Hey! that sounds like a great idea! I got a "vertical roaster" from SIL a while back and haven't used it yet.

 Wish me luck. If all else fails there is a restaurant near by...
