I thought I was doing so well up until a few days ago. I walk 45 mins/2.5 miles every night with the dog (like power walk), am still working full time (at a desk) etc etc. But this week I just feel like I'm slowing and am so much more tired more easily. I went for an hour walk at lunch today but found having to stop a few times and when I went to take my dog for a quick walk after work I was literally walking at the speed of molasses. I kind of just want to just crawl into bed right now. Do you just reach a point when it's downhill from there?
