How far into your pregnancy are you?  And how much progress have you made?

I'm 36 weeks - 2cm & 50% effaced.  She didn't indicate station.  I know it means absolutley nothing, but it's nice to know that I made it through 2cms with zero pain   2 down, 8 to go!

i'm 75% effaced, she didn't get me a number for what station he is at but she did say "oh my gosh his head is right there!"..and she said i am maybe 1 cm

Last week I was still closed, but he said my cervix is softening.  He also said I was starting to drop since my belly measured at 35 weeks when I was really 36 weeks.  He didn't tell me anything other than that.  I have another appt tomorrow though.

im almost 36 weeks and i went to the doctor yesterday and found out that im 3cm. he didnt tell me about effacement, i think we were both shocked that i was already at 3cm!

i was advised that the baby could come at any time and that i should start thinking about leaving work and to try and not be too active, the doctor wants that baby in my for a couple more weeks.

I was 1 cm then, now 3cm's....

The last time I was checked was friday and I was at a 2 and 80% effaced. Come on progress!!!!!

I had my second one last week at 34 weeks to rule out preterm labor, but I am totally not in progress for anything, so zero cm, zero effacement, etc.  (I thought that's how it was supposed to be at 34 weeks, though.)

I had at my 36 wk appt. and although she said, "he's VERY low.  I can feel his head!"  That's all she told me...so I'm assuming nothing's happening down there...

I had one at 36 weeks when they did the GBS test and I was pretty much sealed up tight.  :-)

Aw 36 weeks I had one and I was totally closed and the baby was still high.  Here's to hoping I made some progress at today's appt.

With DD I had one at 37 weeks for the first time and was 2cm and 70% effaced. Stayed the same for my next appt and then went into labor at 39w 1d. Being a little dialated or effaced doesn't necessarily mean you will go into labor soon, sorry to say....

I had my first internal last week and was told that I'm 1-2 cm dilated, almost completed effaced (at least 90%), and at -1 station.

I just had one yesterday, and he said I was pretty thinned out, and he could feel her head?? Thats all I got... (We share the same due date too!!)

I had my first internal last week and I went to the Dr. yesterday at 36 weeks and 4 days and I'm the same as I was last week - 1 cm dilated and no effacement.  She also said baby's head is still really high.  I'm ok with this though as I'm in no hurry to have this baby.  I would like to go to at least 39 weeks and then I'll start to get ansy

My first internal was at 37 weeks. As of last Thursday, I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. We'll see what tomorrow's appointment shows.

Fist internal was Monday. ?Baby was head down, I was 1 cm but she said my cervix was still pretty thick.?
