Me!! They are so painful, that I have to turn multiple times a night. Good bye sleep! Don't know what to do to avoid those pains, but I am going to ask my doc about it at my next app on Monday.

2 nights ago I must have slept funny because I woke up feeling like there was a knife stabbing into my right hip and as of this morning it has yet to go away. Not fun or comfortable at all!
Me me me!! My hips have been killing me the past few weeks, mainly in my hip flexor area. I get these sudden sharp pains there and end up not being able to move. Or else my hip locks up or gives out when I'm walking, so I'm standing at the store, partly hunched over and frozen in place, looking like an idiot for several minutes. All kinds of fun.
I get it at night. I sleep on my right side mostly even though my O.B. said to lay on my left. If I lay on my right like two minuets too long I'm in pain for hours!
Me! I see a chiro a couple days a week now and that helps. Walking and exercising makes it hurt worse but I am not willing to give that up. Also standing to cook dinner about kills me. I'm a wreck if I do that. I sit and prep on a stool as much as possible. My husband and my 3yr old are constantly asking what's wrong as I moan and groan through the house. My husband just to annoy me. My son because he loves his mommy and is concerned.
I also have extreme pelvic bone pain. I have had my feet slip twice in the last week and it feels like a wishbone snapping. Not a stretching/pulling feeling but an actual bone snapping in half feeling.
I also have bad sciatic pain in the same hip.
Side leg lifts every day are supposed to help your hip and sciatic.
Re: Who's having hip pain?
I find my pain is more pelvic bone oriented hips hurt too but not as bad as my "inner hip"

Ain't pregnancy grand?:)
I have had bilateral hip replacements and am quite surprised I haven't had much hip pain during this pregnancy.
