We have a Precor. I'd have to look at the actual model number, etc. when I get home, but I do like it. It's fairly quiet, but not compact at all.

I have one from Horizon fitness and I like it a lot, but I'm kind of bored with it.  So, I only use it about 1x a week.  Maybe I'll use it more in the winter.  It is pretty quiet and you can slide the "legs" in to make it a bit more compact when not in use.  I don't think it takes up too much room, though.
