cramping at 6 wks??

So ya it has been a few years since I have been through this.  Does anyone else remember having terrible cramping around 6-7weeks??  I am not spotting or anything just in a lot of pain today and can't quite figure it out.  Maybe something is stretching or moving down there?  I am for sure starting to get a belly already and my pants are getting really tight.  No shock there since I was in maternity by 10 weeks with DS.  :-)

    Oh I remember! I actually made my Dr. give me an u/s at 7 weeks because I was *convinced* I was miscarrying because I was cramping so badly.

    If you are not spotting or bleeding, I'd try not to worry.  I'm sure everything is fine!

    Yup.  I did with this PG especially.  Then at like 10 weeks, I had the worst gas (?) or whatever.  I was convinced I was miscarrying b/c it hurt so bad.  She/he's still happily kicking around in there.

    yes, this was actually my first sign of pregnancy...lots of cramping
