Sarebear update!

Hi all,

   I saw that people were asking about Sare today so she said I could update. I'm not sure how much people know so here is the overall update .

Lillian came into the world Thursday after a long and hard labor 6lb 7oz. Sare did great! However, Lillian needed oxygen and a feeding tube and was noted as "low tone" and not normally responsive. They flew her to a more intensive hospital and Sare and her DH drove up. They are all still there. All of Lillian's tests ( MRI, brain scan etc) have all be normal and the good news is that Lillian is doing better each day. She is breastfeeding, although is still on a feeding tube because her sucking isn't strong enough. Each day though Lillian is feeding better than the day before! Sare and her DH are hoping to take Lillian home soon and are in good, optimistic spirits. Each day HAS been better than the day before!

Please keep them all in your thoughts and prayers and overall we have a good feeling that Lillian, SAre and her DH will come through this with flying colors

Aww, yay! I'm glad to hear Lillian is doing better every day, and that Sare has recovered well.

I hadn't seen she delivered, so sorry to hear little Lillian is having difficulty, but glad to hear she seems to be getting stronger every day!

YEAH!  Soooo happy to hear that she is getting stronger each day!  Tell mommy that we are pulling for her and hope to see her on here again and Lillian is strong enough to go home soon!  They are in our T&Ps!
