I wore these every day last winter while I was preg with ds. I plan to wear them this winter as well. I'm also getting a brown pair. (right now I have a pea green pair) LOVE them
Do you have a Clarks store? Some of their shoes aren't the most fashionable but I can usually find a few things I like in the store that are cute. They are so comfortable and last forever.
I'm also in IL, I practically lived in uggs last winter because we had so much effing snow, so that's one option.
You could try a cute pair of Pumas if you are wanting something to wear to the park and outside. https://tinyurl.com/lx8zgw I have a pair similar to these and also a pair of Diesel tennis shoes that I wear to the park, etc. in the fall/winter.
You could also try some flat boots if you are wanting to avoid a heel. I just bought these https://tinyurl.com/m8gtso and I have a brown pair that are a different brand from last year that I wore a lot.
And they are pricier, but Cole Haan shoes with the Nike Air in them are SO comfy. They have the Nike Air in dressier shoes and in their casual, tennisy-type shoes. Worth the investment, IMO.
Yes, I was looking for the conversion rails for the Emily crib. But, DH says we can just attach the headboard and footboard to the mattress frame, so I guess we don't need the conversion rails now. We'll see how that actually turns out when we try to do it. Right now, we just have it in the toddler bed mode.
Re: So, can someone shoe me a cute & comfy shoe?
