So since I had my DS I have not stop doing stuff down under, well last Wedsenday I started my period and it has not let up at all like the bleeding, plus I have been on the nuva ring and suppose to take it out this Sunday. Which probably means I will bleed again? Was your period longer the first time you had it? Its been 8 weeks and i would really like to wear no freaking pads for awhile lol!

My first pp period was longer and heavier than normal. Now they are back to normal. Hang in there, I know it seems to never end.

Yes, my first pp period was like a week and a half...normally, it would be 5 days.  It got better the second time around...and seems to be returning to normal.

I'm BFing and was told by many people (including OB/GYN) that I probably wouldn't get my period for a while.  My sis BFed for a year and just got her period last month (her daughter is 14 months).  Well, I was unlucky and got mine last month (DD was 4 months old).  To answer your question, my period was normal; bled for about 5 days.  Strangely enough, I didn't get it this month so I don't know what's going on down there...
