So last week it seemed like my boobs had swelled up a bit. It wasn't just me that noticed. This week it seems that they are back to normal. I guess I am wondering if it is normal for them to grow and shrink.

Not sure...could it be related to fluid retention? Are they/were they still tender?

Yeah they are still tender.
