5 week old still has blood in her stool.

We started with Similac Advanced, then moved to nutramigen then Alimentum.  DD ha been on Alimentum for 2 weeks and today she still had blood in her stool.  Has anyone had success in just letting time work it self out?  My older DD did great on Nutramigen but new DD is having such a hard time.

    does she have an allergy?  my dd had this but it was a busted fissure, I think that's how you spell it.  it took a month to go away.

    Natalie had a bit of bright red blood in her stool and by 6 weeks, it was completely gone - haven't seen it since!

    Yes I should have said she has an allergy, Older DD did and it comes from DH, he did as a child.  If the ALimentum does not work I guess we will move on to the next.  I just feel sorry for her.
