eating every 2h...

for those of u who's LO's did this...when did they space out there feedings? Every time I get him down for a nap or drive out somwhere, it's time to eat again!

ds just went though this.. i think he went through  a growth spurt because now hes eating every 4 hours again. i just made sure i had a bottle ready so when we go somewhere and it was time to eat he had a bottle. the one time i forgot and he screamed and screamed and i felt horrible.  they say feed your newborn on demand. so just make sure youre prepared.

My LO still eats every 2-3 hours. Even at night. The longest he has gone is 5 hours, and that was after his 2 month immunizations.

ditto...my daughter still prefers eating a smaller than usual amount at each feeding.

He started eating every 3 to 3 1/2 hours once we started giving him more ounces at once...now he's taking anywhere between 5 1/2 to 6 ozs per feeding.  But when he was eating between 3-4 ounces...it was every 2 hrs..which sucks, I know.  But the bigger they get, the more they can handle at once, and will hold them longer.
