If its just for you LO, you can apply for Florida Kid Care at https://www.healthykids.org/. It will tell you what you need income wise and things like that..
I believe Healthy Kids can be applied to any child in Florida, regardless of income. I think if you have more income than others, you do pay a small fee, like a $5 copay.
As far as adults, the only one I can think of is Medicaid

Yes healthy kids has like 3 programs but i have called them all. your LO has to be a year or older. They dont do anything with babies under a year.
I have my LO on United healthcare Golden rule. Call them and have them give you a plan. I pay 134 a month for DD. To add myself to it its not much more. Check it out
