At 2 weeks, probably 15-20 mins each side every 1-2 hours. There were days she would nurse pretty much the entire day. It's hard, but when they have days like that your supply will increase and then they won't need to nurse so long.
I nurse only one side at a time so each feeding session only involves one boob. I feel like this way I am sure that he gets enough hindmilk. Anyway, he'll sometimes finish up in about 10-15 minutes and other times he likes to stay nursing for 45+ minutes. It just depends. It's hard with these newborns. Now we generally go 2.5-3 hours between feedings though so it's nice to have that predictability.

Basically this! DS2 feeds from one side every three hours like clockwork for around 15-20 minutes but every now and then, 45!
These are the things that no one tells us before baby!
For the first 4-5 weeks, DD nursed every 1 - 2 hours for at least 20 minutes per side. It was so tiring, and it felt like all I did was feed her. After I started pumping and giving her bottle during the day it got much easier.
It will get easier, just hang in there. Week 3 was the hardest for me.
