2 AFs 1st Month on BC

It has been a while since I have gone back on the pill so I can't remember is this is normal-

I got my AF at 8 weeks PP so I started the Pill.  It has been 2 weeks and suddently I got my AF again.  My OB has me on a low dosage of hormones and said that if I have any problems to give him a call.  Should I wait another month or should I go on something else?  Anyone else out there trying to figure out the whole pill thing again?

that happened to me, too.  i got my first pp period at 5 weeks, went on the mini pill, had another period a week later.

Same thing happened to me...I'm on Nuvaring. For PP AF at 6 weeks, another at 8 weeks and it lasted about 2 weeks! I called my OB, she said its normal for the first 3 months to be like this. Our lining was soo thick from pregnancy, that our bodies are trying to thin it out. She said to stay on it for 3-4 months, and if it's not better, may need something stronger (Nuvaring is low dose as well). I even had some nice big clots, she said it's normal unless you start soaking through 1 pad per hour.
