If you take one or both of these, what milligram capsule do you take and how many times per day?

    I used to take 3 pills a day. Domperidone boosted my flow and supply though and got Luke on the boob and he's taken care of the rest.

    610mg- 3 capsules-3 or 4 times a day, depending on how often I remember. And I still don't smell like maple syrup.
