Halloween costumes!!

I'm so excited Halloween's almost here! I've been searching online for costumes for DD, but everything is for 6 months and up! DD will be almost 41/2months old, but all the 3-6 costumes are the bunting ones (likem a pea pod, bag of wonder bread, tootsie roll). She is WAAYY to active to be in one of these, plus we livw in New Orleans, and its in the 70's if we're lucky, so those are going to be so hot!

How are you dressing up your LO? Are you making a costume, or ordering one? I need some ideas!

DS is going to be a monkey from Old Navy...but I also picked-up a plush giraffe sleeper (with a hood) from Wal-Mart along with a long sleeve onesie of a pumpkin.  Yeah, I went a little over board, but I like to take pictures.  Plus, the giraffe sleeper and the onesie can be used more than once and they weren't much at all.

DD is going to be the monkey from childrens place and it was only $22.50 and freaking adorbale!!  They had some really cute ones there, not cheap looking like I thought other places had.
