Happy Monday, ladies! As a group of strong-willed, lovely ladies, we Fluffy Mamas have shed a grand TOTAL of 235.0 lbs!!!!! Woo hoo!!! That's something to be proud of!!!!

Here is the format for our weekly check-ins. I hope this makes it a little interesting for everyone...

1) Please reply with how much you lost this week and how you did it? I will update the list periodically throughout the week. If you also want to post your total weight lost, that would help me out, too! Yes

2) Please share with us any tips you have on low cal/fat snack foods you have come across, delicious healthy recipes, fun fat-burning activites (hiking, toddler aerobics DVDs, etc.) that may help others to reach their goals, etc. We love to hear them!

3) Have fun with this!! We are here to motivate one another, not stress each other out. Words of encouragement are always welcome!!

  • Well, needless to say, my appetite is back (Embarrassed). Yeah, I gained like 4 lbs this week, or so, so I am still -1 lb for this pregnancy. Just hope it slows down and my cooking comes to a crashing halt! I've been on a mad rampage of cooking this week and have enjoyed it a little too much, shall we say? LOL.

    QOTW: My new fav recipe is country pork ribs with sauerkraut and buttermilk mashed potatoes. Super easy and mmmm! If anyone wants it, I'm happy to post it.

  • Well, I didn't hit the 90 by Sept 1, but I hit 80 by then.  I'm down 85 now.  My new goal is to hit my BIG goal of 160 lbs (I have 10 to go) by Halloween.  :)

  • I haven't weighed this week.  I was out of town most of last week so I'm sure I probably gained something.  I'm starting to feel a bit nauseated so, if m/s kicks in, I'll probably start to lose.

    You can add my EDD.  Off of LMP it is 5/18/10 but I suspect that it will change after a u/s since I generally O late.

  • I am only down a pound this week.  I just got AF after agonizing about it last and testing...so I'm pretty bloated.  I hope to get back into my workout routine and starting seeing some results.  Now that its not so hot I plan on taking the kids for a walk every day.

    Hi there: Okay, our Team Fluffy Mamas account was closed since I hadn't logged-in in a whileEmbarrassed. So, I started it again "Team Fluffy Mamas", and I sent you an invite.

    As for a PM, the side bar on the left of the bump contains the different message boards. Toward the bottom, you'll see "my boards". Right under that, click on "check private messages". GL!

  • I fell off the wagon in a big way for 5 weeks.  Probably gained a couple of pounds.  Wah.  :(

     But I'm back with a vengeance.  Super motivated and it's been really EASY.  Hooray!  

    What I'm doing?  WW online and the No S 'diet'.  No S is the best thing ever.  I've never met anyone who hasn't effortlessly lost 8 pounds the first month.  :)

  • i have been a Fluffy Mama reject.  I think I started with this like back in May???  And I have done nothing since. It is just one more thing to have to think about.

    Can I have a 5 pound goal by the end of the year? I know how pathetic that sounds, but at least it is achieveable!

  • i lost .5 pounds this week!!  better than nothing right?  I stepped up my exercise though, so hopefully a full pound this week. 

     

    I definitly will not be loosing 9.5 pounds in 2 weeks!!

     

    On a side note, I only have 5 more pills to take, and then we start TTC!!  AWWWWWW
