Blood in BM from getting out a clogged duct?

This morning I woke up with a clogged duct. I finally got it to come out! BUT doing so, I made my nipple bleed and some blood got in my bottle that I just pumped. Should I dump the milk out or is it okay to keep? What should I do about my bloody nipple?
