Just applied for a passport for my 7 week old :)

It took me 23 years to get my passport and get out of the U.S.- and Jake's getting one at 7 weeks old- LOL!  He fell asleep on DH while we were waiting to get his picture and it was torture trying to get him up so his eyes would be open.  It took 5 tries with the camera until we finally got one we could use.  We booked a trip to the DR for February with our best friends and their one year old- we're probably crazy but I can't wait!!!

    That is awesome! We have to get one for Bright cuz we're going to mexico in December!
    Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever!     Awww, that's so cute.  Hannah got her passport picture at 6 weeks old.  It's hilarious!  We used it when she was 12 weeks old and she already looked SO different!

    I got a passport at 17 but it has since expired. DH and I took a trip about 4 years ago to Mexico but that is when you could still use your birth certificate. If we ever decide to go again, then we will all have to get them.

    My DS's picture is from when he was 3 weeks old....he already looks nothing like that.

    DD's is from when she was 4 months old, and it looks more like her than DS's picture looks like him.

     

    We have so many freakin passports we need a huge folder, since both kids and DH have 2 each.
