I forgot to take my Estrace this afternoon

Ugh. I take it 3x day and I forgot to take the afternoon pill. I take one at 6:30/7am, 2/2:30pm and 9:30/10pm. I just took it because I was afraid to wait until 9:30. Should I still take the 9:30 pill? What would you do? Am I freaking myself out over nothing?

i think that what you did today is fine.  i'm not a doctor, but i wouldn't think it would be that big of a deal if it wasn't an everyday occurrence.  good luck!

I would go ahead and take it again tonight.  I take it 3x day too and they didn't say it had to be at the same time each day. 

fwiw: While I was waiting on my refill to arrive, I was told that if I missed a few it wouldn't be a big deal.  So either way you should be fine.

I don't know anything about Estrace, but wanted to say CONGRATS!!!  I've been swamped at work and am slow at catching up on posts.  Wahoo!!!!!!!!

It is totally fine to take it late.  I'm on the 3 a day estrace plan too and on bloodwork days my RE says not to take the morning dose until after the blood test.  And that is way past 6am (my normal dose time)  so I think it is fine for you to take your afternoon dose late.  But take all three for sure.
