My head is about to explode & has felt like this for days.

I'm glad I'm not a hypochondriac, or I'd really think I'm dying, instead of only feeling like it.

I'm going to go & take narcotics, take a nap & go to work tonight. I'll check-in later from work. (I love my iphone for this reason!)
