We don't make a habit of going to restaurants with the kids - we'd rather get a sitter and go out just the two of us. But we have taken them to Honey's, North 3rd (outside only) and Darling's Diner in NoLibs and More Than Just Ice Cream in CC
On 2 different occasions I have seen babies at Standard Tap in the upstairs part. I have never brought a baby there so I can't say from my own experience.
My coworker takes her daughter to Johnny Brendas and El Camino Royale (?) in No Libs frequently and has had very positive receptions there (granted, shes always going earlier in the day when they arent as crowded). Now her daughter says certain things with a Greek accent due to her exposure to the staff at Johnny Brendas!

LOL!
Memphis Taproom, North 3rd, Darlings, Cafe Estelle, Ida Mae's, Mixto... most all are pretty friendly if you go for lunch or early dinner
We eat out a lot!
