NBR so annoyed with dr office right now

i'm trying to make another derm appointment, and i'm on hold...it's been 7 minutes this time, i waited 5 minutes before and then hung up....

so frustrating.  GR.

    they finally answered. and now i'm still annoyed, apparently i have to wait at least two weeks in between appointments for my insurance, so who the F knows what these ugly cysts are gonna do between now and then.  i want to cry.  my face hurts.
