Our neighbor got a new dog

and I think it was a rescue (its an older dog) but he obviously has an anxiety/attachment disorder, because he's been barking all day (I can hear him from inside my house - and he's inside too).  I feel really bad for him.

Poor puppy.  Let them know.  I love it when animal do that all day and their owners have no idea because as soon as they get home they are perfect.

Suggest crate training.  Sometimes being left in larger spaces adds to the anxiety.  My dogs like their crates covered too.  Makes it feel more like a "den" to them.
