Washing 2nd hand CD

I got all me CD off craigslist or diaper swappers none of them had any crazy smells to them some had a few stains which I sunned out.  So I wash all the CD once in soap I made and sunned them.  I also wash a 2nd time with just vinegar in the wash cycle and sunned them.  Should I put them in another time or two just to make sure they are ready to do or am I good?

They are prefolds and KLO's for a newborn.

  • I'm in the same situation and am seriously thinking about doing a bleach wash JUST IN CASE they had any yeast going on, before exposing LO to them.  Haven't done in yet since I don't actually have any bleach in the house and keep forgetting to buy it.

  • How much bleach do you use do you know?
  • I've never done anything special with used diapers - just tossed them in with the rest of my diapers for the cold rinse, hot wash, etc...

  • A hot wash and some vinegar will kill just about anything.  I think you should be fine with that.
