DH asked me a ridiculous question

Last night my Cottonbabies order came. I am having 10 custom dipes made so I needed inserts and since we double up at night, we're having a surplus of pockets and not enough inserts. So I ordered 18.

DH doesn't know about the custom dipes (some being made with fabric from when he was a kid) so he asked if he could have one of the inserts for polishing the car....

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Can't you take an old one? "No, I would only want the new, unmessed up one"...

Well sorry - you're SOL buddy! *shakes head*

    what in the world!? We have some old prefolds that we got off freecycle that we use for rags but a new insert?!

    he's an idiot.  just tell him that the older ones have been washed more often, making them softer and less likely to damage his paint job.

    He said he would cut out the snaps and he only wanted the new ones that haven't been washed because they're the best....Ummmm, NO! How about order some microfiber cloths? "Well no, these are nicer" - yea because they're hella expensive compared to a freakin ShamWOW! LOL
