Everything I use is the same. Just a different label.
As the for the diapers, we used Target brand with my dd (not for over a year since she's pt'ed) and really liked them. I purchased a pack of them for my ds a couple weeks ago, and they are different that what we used with dd. It is possible they changed them before the brand changed, but they are a little different anyway.
I have never used the Target brand but I just recently baught my 1st pack of Up and Up brand. I really like them. We were using Pampers cruisers for the longest time and would sometimes buy Luvs. (well I did DH doesn't like the Luvs) I think the Up and UP brand is very close to Pampers IMO
here is the skinny on Up&Up. Most of the Up and Up products are exactly the same as the old "target" brand. For example...baby formula...same ingredients just a different label.
HOWEVER...some of the products were determined to new a quality upgrade and this includes diapers. So yes most at the same but the diapers were completely overhauled and are much much better than before.

Up & Up are the Target brand. They are the only thing that got a revamp with the name change.
I hated the old Target diapers, but these seem to be a LOT better. I got some the other day to try them, and they have nice stretchy sides.
