I have a bunch of leftover meds that I'm donating to the OOP TTTCers and I've been sucking at mailing them. I promised I'd do it this week but I need to know exactly how to mail them so they stay cold. (How do I package it?) Thanks!
When I sent a package I used the tiny styrofoam cooler that the meds came in and put an ice pack in it, then I put all of that in a bigger box for mailing.
I would guess that if you don't have the stryofoam thing you could probably just put it with an ice pack and stick it in a zip lock and then put it in a box. I was worried about it, too, but it got there just fine.

I donated and shipped some meds to a TTTCer and this is what I did:
Went to the store and got one of those rectangle ice packs, froze it solid, and then wrapped my box of follistim with saran wrap to the ice pack so they would stay tightly together. I shipped it in a box with peanuts and Styrofoam squares on all side (to sort of create a little cooler effect)
Needless to say it went from hotter than hell phoenix to hot and humid houston and she said it was still cold when she got it the next AM.
