b/c I've been eating nonstop the past few days.  That was pretty much the only symptom I had besides tiredness when I was pregnant w/ DD.  I told him we'll just have to wait and see!  LOL.  I think I'm just in fall weather mode, getting ready for the yummy food.  Yea, thats it!
