I am feeling a bit of momma guilt right now. I signed up for a bunch of fall activities to do with L like baby massage, mom groups, etc since I am getting a little antsy being home.
I also signed up for a sewing class doe beginners to lewarn how to properly use my new sewing machine & complete an entire pattern. Its Tuesday nights from 7pm-9:30pm. I signed up on a day DH was on his 2nd golf day of the week feeling like I shoudl do something for me (that required him to be on L duty).
Now I am questioning my decision. I DO want to learn how to sew but I will be gone for bedtime and its going to end up being close to $100 for the classes & supplies. What do you think should I stick it out and do something for me? Ugh this is the hard part of being a mommy!
Re: momma guilt
Do it. You need time for yourself that's not mommy time.
I swim 3 times a week on the swim team. I even think that FI likes it, it gives him a chance to be with Jacob alone.
Have a great time! And think, learning how to sew is beneficial for your family. You can make Halloween costumes and fix holes in clothes.
