f/u detergent ingredient ?

So, here's the ingredient listings for the detergent I was wondering if I could use on my diapers:

Restore 3x laundry concentrate:

Made from biodegradable surfactants, plant based solvents (from soy and/or citrus rind oil), citric acid (from citrus), abundant minerals and water.  Contains rapidly biodegradable ingredients that are gray water, sewer, and septic safe.  Contains no artificial brighteners that can irritate sensitive skin.  Contains no phosphates, bleach, OSHA-listed hazardous ingredients or known ....  ok - you probably don't need the rest.   it is fragrance & dye free. 

Any thoughts? Anything you'd be worried about from it?  It's a fairly small MN-based company, so there's a chance I could get specific questions answered.

Salt is a mineral and Planet is recommended and has salt...

The citrus oils could be problematic.  I guess you could try it as long as you're willing to strip if it doesn't work.
