2 Month old; loss of appetite

My 2 month old just had her shots on Friday, and is having a loss of appetite yesterday and today.  Not sure if this has anything to do with the vaccimations.  Also it has almost been 24 hrs since her last poop.  I don't know if I should be concerned.  Has anyone experienced this??

DD slept the entire day after her shots... she was hardly awake to eat at all. She also normally has days where she eats more/less than usual. Around 6 or so weeks old she also started pooping only every other day. The doctor said it's normal for their pooping habits to change around 1 1/2-2 months old.
