Individual Health Plan for LO?

For those of you who have purchased individual health plans for your LO, what did you use and how much?  I have heard of some health plans through E-surance and may do one of those, but want to make sure I'm exploring all options.

I will follow up tomorrow when I sign her up. I was quoted around $135 a month which is better than the freaking $600 a month coverage I pay for her and I at this moment.

This is through Golden Rule. It's around $200 for United Healthcare
