This is their 2009 catalog, I am sure if you contact their customer service you can find out where the item you want is sold. I checked the website and sadly, they do not sell to customers directly.

I did a search online and could only find them in bulk for $$$$$$$$$$$$! If you (or others) want to go in on some together I'd do it (either design). It they come out to around $6/glass since they are sold in sets of 12.
