Recipes without dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, or spicy flavoring?

I'm BFing and our doc recommended I cut back/eliminate dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and spicy flavoring (as well as tomatoes, chocolate, and caffeine) because DD apparently has reflux but they also want to minimize the chance that my diet could be causing her discomfort.  I have no dietary restrictions otherwise (not a vegetarian or anything) but I don't like peppers of any sort.  Do you have any flavorful, easy recipes that don't use these ingredients, but that are protein-rich?

  • Chck out www.5dollardinners.com for some great recipes that are Gluten free (which I think restricts all the same things you mentioned). Her son had an allergy and she came up with some great stuff. We tried the coconut milk ice cream and found it better than regular ice cream!
