I'm making stuffed peppers!  And the peppers are straight from our garden.  I picked them yesterday.  mmmmmm...I can't wait!

Kdodge I have a recipe for 2 of them instead of like 4.  Dh isn't a huge fan of cooked peppers either. And though I love peppers, I can't eat 4 of them.

I'm making mine with sweet yellow peppers.  Sooooo good.

Yum! I can never bring myself to make fancy dinners when it's just me.  MY DH is rarely away at dinner time though...

The only reason I'm making it is because I made enough for 4 peppers and froze the rest.  I'm hoping to make more and more freezer meals so I'll actually eat good stuff when DH is out of town instead of cereal or fast food.
