Does your DH take vitamins?

If so, what kind? I've been reading about different fertility vitamins for men and I'm considering picking some up for DH tomorrow.

I bought some for him (don't remember which kind), but I know he doesn't take them consistently.

He does only when he remembers/I remind him.  I put him on a multivitamin, omega 3 fatty acid supp, and an amino acid (I think L-arginine)

Yep, he takes Mens One A Day. Not really a fertility vit, but a vit none the less.   I got them for him at Costco.

I wish he would - if not for fertility, then at least for his overall health and wellbeing. Even a multivitamin. After the failed IUI we did last fall, the RE prescribed a whole bunch of supplements. We spent a fortune buying them all, and then he wouldn't take them because he said they upset his stomach. He does have a sensitive constitution, but gimme a break. He doesn't have to go through half of what I do. Okay, rant over.

DH takes Men's One a Day and a Vitamin D supplement. He is Vitamin D deficient. I hand deliver them to him at dinner every night so he takes them. If left up to him, his only vitamin would be beer.

Dh just takes a mens muli vitamin. Just make sure your DH's vitamin has Zinc and Iron in it
