Oatmeal Clicky Poll

I ate a huge bowl of oatmeal this afternoon before my last pumping session and got almost double my usual (I have supply issues)..but it seems like that was way too quick and too big of an impact.  I'm pumping again now and it looks like it will be the normal amount...sooo...

    I actually eat oatmeal 2x/day to help keep my supply up.  I don't eat the instant stuff, I eat steel cut oats. 

    I need to email you to catch up!  I'll try to do that this weekend-we are in teething he!! right now and she has fluid in her ears, so things are a little chaotic!
