Uterine Prolapse: When the uterus drops down into the vagina.

I have been having this "pulling" sensation followed by pain for a few months now. I am going to the OB tomorrow to get it checked out.

I had a giant hematoma a week after delivery and they thought it might be this. I'm sorry! I hope they figure it for you soon!
