DS is asleep on the floor

I put him down tonight without milk first (for the 1st time ever).  He cried for a few minutes then it got quiet.  I went to look at him on the video monitor and he wasn't in bed, so I went to put him IN bed (he has fallen asleep on the floor once or twice before), but I can't open his door!  He is asleep in front of the door, so I guess he will be sleeping on the floor tonight
