I so wanted to quit my job today

A somewhat supervisor had a problem with the way I delegated some work earlier this week, and instead of talking to me about it, she went directly to my (our) boss. This boss is very temperamental and had to be talked down by another sort of supervisor in the department to realize I was important to the office and it would do the office harm for me to get fired.

I mean, seriously, I owned up to how I delegated work (not following up), but could not believe my somewhat supervisor (and somewhat friend) didn't talk to me first. Ugh.

So glad DH and I have plans on me leaving no matter what (due to baby or just another job) in June.

That's a big pet peev (sp?) of mine. If you have a problem with the way I do things then say something to me first. Or when I get an eval done supervisors usually bring up something that you did months ago...I don't remember doing it. How can I change it? humph

I'm just thinking it's great that you are planning on leaving but on the down side, that's another almost nine months of working in a toxic environment.

I know, I've thought of that too. We're in the last bit of buying a house, so we need the income (though we have a budget worked out for me to get another job). And I am using my insurance for the fertility treatments since the coverage is so good.

Its a conundrum... the insurance is great but its probably the job thats stressing me out too much to get pregnant!
