XP - Recommend your clothing labels

Sam will be starting at a daycare center, and I need to label all his clothes, mittens, hats, etc.  What do you use?  I've Googled and found quite a bit, hoping to get some good recs from all of you.

Honestly--I just put his initials in the tag with a Sharpie.  It's worked thus far.

A lot of his clothes are tagless, otherwise I would try that too.
