Nope. We had a Desitin Explosion a few days ago and my clothes and rug survived.

I think I have gotten it out of clothes before. Make sure to pretreat with something like ivory dish soap before washing. It breaks up the grease in the desitin. You might have to wash twice, so check carefully before drying!

What kind was it regular or creamy?  I have been able to creamy out no problem.  I still have a stain on my diaper bag from the regular stuff from around x-mas time.
