would you buy this?

i found a PISA on my local CL for $50.

 descrtiption: it comes with 4 sheilds and adapters, 2 holders, a bunch of tops for bottles and nipples and 2 tubes., the battery pack was never used, and the hand pump was never used. The little cooler is missing the ice pack to go inside and I had some left over bags for storing. 

she said she purchased it in 2007.  i don't mind that its used, as i plan to replace all the tubing with new anyway.

 

i guess  i'm most concerned about the fact that its a couple years old.

    No, I would not buy a medela from Craigslist. There are some things I would buy used from a stranger, but not a pump.

    The pump I got from my friend is a PIS from 98 I believe?  And you know what? It still works fine! If you are comfortable with a used pump, I'm sure it's fine.
