Breast vs. Bottle BM's are they different

Sometimes when me or my babysitter feed DS from the bottle he will have a massive BM accompanied by a lot of gas.  We use the born free bottles.  Have you experienced bigger bowel movements from your LO when he is fed from the bottle. 

I am worried since I will be returning to work in 2 weeks and a majority of his feedings will come from a bottle.

We use Dr. Browns bottles when I'm at work.  Never noticed a difference with BMs.

We use Dr. Browns as well, and have never noticed a difference with BM.

I use the Born Free and haven't noticed a difference. It's probably his little body trying to adjust to the breast milk. I noticed that if the milk is frozen or two days old he has large BM. So I only give him fresh breast milk from the day before and it's been fine since then,.
