How often do you change your breast pads?

Recently I go through at least 4 sets a day.  And when I do change them they are so soaked my bra is wet.

Wow! Really? I must not be a leaker. I can actually use the same pair for a whole day or two...I only leak when it's been more than four hours...

I put on new ones after I shower in the morning; by the time I go to bed, I need new ones; when I wake up in the middle of the night (DD is STTN) to pump, they're already soaked and I change them again.  So three pairs a day.

My breast rarely leak and it only happens in the morning. That's when I change mine... unless they leak during the day. Pads are completely dry most of the day but I keep them on because I am sure that the day I think nothing is going to come out I'll embarrass myself somewhere in public

Wow that seems like a tond! I probably change them about 2 times a day but they are almost never wet anymore.  Just a little on the side I'm not nursing on.

As soon as they are soaked. Sometimes I wait too long and they leak thru with the ones I'm using now.

i wish i had advice about how often i change mine, but i'm not BF. i just wanted to say the onesie on your LO in your siggy pic is awesome. i love it!! cute cute!

Mine are usually fine the entire day unless it's been more than 3 1/2 hours.  Sometimes if I get super busy at work and I lose track of time and don't pump when I usually do it will be soaked, but that is about it.  And I don't bother using them at night, there is really no point.  I soak my shirts at night regardless.

depends on the pads...if i yse gerber ones i have to change them 5-6 times a day and when I wake at night i'm soaked through my shirt. 

Johnson pads maybe 2  day and not at night,

Now I am pretty much down to 1 change a day, it used to be 3-4 times. I really like Lansinoh ones, thin and very absorbent
