Yes, but our dog is black and white with big spots/patches of color so I think she's very noticeable to him. He smiles at her and likes to touch her fur.
My LO is one day younger than yours...and he does the same thing...he will watch them with no reaction whatsoever. I think he's trying to figure out what they are? LOL!
He looks at her and the cat but no real interest. I think DD was about 3-4 mos old when she started showing real interest in the cat. Problem was around 6-7 when she started grabbing at him and things you never thought you would say, like "don't eat the cat", "get his tail out of your mouth", "stop licking him", got uttered.
DS loves grabbing their fur (poor dogs.. they just take it..) and when they run by him when he is sitting on the floor, he cracks up laughing. I absolutely love watching him and my furbabies "play." He didn't start doing this until he was about 3.5- 4 months old.
My LO loves the dogs. Sometimes, watching them is the only thing that`ll calm him down. He particularly likes our dog Jack. Jack is always trying to lick him and DS things that it's hysterical. He also likes to pet Jack.
I`m forever chasing the dogs away from him b/c all they want to do is lick him in the face. yuck.

This exactly. When DS is crabby, I call the dog to come over and cheer him up! And the feeling is mutual..our bulldog loves DS right back. They are best buds

This. She stares at our brown and white dog in fascination, but she pretty much ignores our solid colored dog!
DS tries to reach for MIL's dogs. I'm sure if he could crawl/walk he'd be chasing after them. When they come near him, he likes to pull their ears or nose. It worries me sometimes because I'm not there when he does this and I have to trust that MIL won't let the dogs nip him, I've never seen them do this but I worry nonetheless.

DS doesn't even acknowledge our dog and our dog doesn't really like DS. Harley (our furbaby) doesn't really like him but doesn't really care either way. Sometimes I will catch them having a staring contest but there is no reaction on either DS' or Harley's face.
Re: Does you baby acknowledge your dogs??
she's just started looking at them and recognizing them when they walk by.
she does get excited when they sniff at her in the pack and play

P.S. your LO is adorable!
